Becoming Vegetarian Without Malnutrition

Vegetarian is an option for healthy living. Being vegetarian is not as difficult as many people imagine.
Choose to become pure vegetarians or vegans need to be accompanied by more aggressive efforts to meet nutritional intake. However, the body needs a balanced composition of nutrients, namely carbohydrates (50-60 percent), protein (15-20 percent), fat (30 percent), and vitamins.

Because only eat whole grains, nuts, vegetables, and fruits, vegan adherents do not consume animal products and derivatives, including gelatin, cheese, and yogurt. They also avoid honey, royal-jelly, and derived products insects.

Vegans need to add more variations of protein each day. Because people who live vegan only meet the needs of protein from vegetable sources only, such as tofu, tempeh, soy, and nuts. Vegan nutrition can be balanced, by increasing the variation of protein each day. While fat can be obtained from almonds that contain polyunsaturated fatty acids.
